The "sand casting method" is a casting technique in which molten metal is poured into a sand mold (made by mixing sand with resin and hardening it). It is suitable for products with many free curves, and while the cost per unit is high, the mold cost is lower compared to metal molds, making it ideal for prototype and small lot production. Additionally, our company manufactures molds from customer data (drawings) and uses these molds to cast aluminum products, which are then machined and delivered as finished products. (Each process is inspected, and a final inspection is conducted before delivery.)
